Help me identify this vehicle (RV?)

At work we got a notice of violation from Massachusetts DOT. Since the plate is not from one of our work cars I was wondering if the great OPPO could identify this vehicle. I think it is one of those expensive RV’s that is registered in Montana through an LLC (you know lower taxes and all). They blew a toll and Mass DOT want’s $9.50 plus $40 processing fee.

Obvious question, if it’s not your work’s vehicle why’d you get the notice?

For some unknown reason they sent it to our address. Our building has two letter suites A and B my guess is it is addressed to one of the vacation renal lofts above our suite but they don’t have mail boxes so they just shoved in into ours.

That actually looks like the front bumper of a an older Freightliner Century.
